Club La Pachanga was founded in January 1995 in order to help raise money to
support building projects in the village of El Paisnal, in El Salvador, by
running concerts of live Latin American music in Leamington Spa.
The first events were held in Bath Place Community Venture, but they quickly
grew in popularity and moved, first to North Leamington School and then
for a brief period at the Sikh Community Centre in Leam Terrace.
After a number of events held at the Town Hall we have again become too popular and 2007 sees us moving to the superb facilities of the
Royal Spa Centre.
Organising quality events on this scale is very costly. It is only made possible through the hard work and support of volunteers.
This means that every penny of profit goes directly to our chosen charities and to staging future fundraisers.
Club La Pachanga unites people of all ages and cultural backgrounds. It is a unique opportunity for people to dance,
listen to world-class latin music and to simply have fun whilst contributing to a good cause.
